The App stores one piece of data locally on your device: your last selected state lottery — saved using Apple's standard on-device storage so your preference is remembered between sessions. This data never leaves your device.

The Lotto API
Lottery drawing results are fetched from The Lotto API. This is a read-only request — no personal information is sent to this service. Only your device's standard network request metadata (such as IP address) may be visible to the API server, as is the case with any internet request.

Jackpot Pulse is intended for users aged 17 and older in accordance with App Store guidelines for lottery-related content. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us and we will address it promptly.
Since we do not collect personal data, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Your locally stored state preference can be cleared at any time by deleting the App from your device.
